We are a focused team developing intelligent medical devices and clinical software for modern healthcare environments. If you want your work to have direct patient impact, we would like to hear from you.
"We are building the diagnostic infrastructure that urology in India has never had - intelligent, affordable, and clinician-ready."
Our mission shapes every decision we make - from the hardware we engineer to the software interfaces we design. We build tools that clinicians depend on daily, and we hold ourselves to that standard.
We are a small team that moves deliberately. We value depth over velocity and long-term thinking over short-term outcomes.
Every role contributes to a product used in real clinical environments. The feedback loop between your work and patient outcomes is direct and measurable.
We approach problems carefully. Decisions are grounded in data, domain expertise, and honest assessment of constraints — not assumptions.
Roles here are broad by design. You will work closely across engineering, clinical, and commercial functions, and take genuine ownership of outcomes.
Early-stage companies create opportunities that do not exist elsewhere. You will develop skills and responsibilities at a pace that a larger organisation cannot offer.
Medical-grade software demands precision. We have a culture of thorough review, clear documentation, and accountability to the clinicians who rely on us.
We build for the long term. We do not celebrate burnout. Consistent, focused work over sustained periods produces better outcomes than short-lived intensity.
We hire for potential and attitude as much as for experience. We welcome applications from candidates across backgrounds.
You will contribute directly to production codebases across our embedded, backend, and clinical software systems. This is a hands-on internship — there are no isolated side projects here. You will work alongside senior engineers, pick up a scope on day one, and ship real code to real clinical environments.
You will build and refine the clinician-facing web dashboard that presents patient uroflow data, diagnostic annotations, and device status in real time. The interface must be fast, clear, and trustworthy — clinicians depend on it during consultations. You will work directly with the product team and clinical advisors on designs that have immediate patient relevance.
You will contribute to the cloud services that ingest, store, and expose patient and device data from our uroflowmetry platform. The backend handles sensitive clinical data and must be secure, reliable, and fast. This is a real production environment — you will write code that runs now, reviewed carefully by experienced engineers before it ships.
You will work on firmware and hardware-software integration for our uroflowmetry devices. This role focuses on building stable, production-grade embedded functionality that directly impacts device performance and reliability in clinical settings.
You will support the development of machine learning workflows used in our diagnostic pipeline. The role combines data preparation, model experimentation, and evaluation work aligned with clinical product requirements.
You will architect and build the cloud platform connecting our medical devices to clinician dashboards and EHR integrations. Performance, reliability, and data security are non-negotiable — the systems you build are used by clinicians making real diagnostic decisions daily.
We keep our process transparent and respectful of your time. Every step is designed so both sides can make a confident, well-informed decision.
